In order to make a claim you must retain one tile and one carton box. Claims are valid only for tiles that have not been applied. In case of problems contact the distributor or trader who has sold you the commodity.

When you select ceramic tiles and the carton boxes have been delivered prior to their application, you must make sure that all boxes have the same labeling indicating: the manufacturer, the importer (if the tiles are imported), their contact details, the country of origin of the tiles, the name of the product, the control (identification) number, the grade, pattern, caliber and manufacture date.
